Kara Hendrickson has been working with our firm from day one as our office manager.
Her duties include responding and networking with clients, human resources, managing the employee workforce.
Kara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education at North Dakota State University and Valley City State University.
Kara spends her free time with her husband, Mike, two kids, Evan & Emily, and her springer spaniel Rival. She enjoys hanging with friends, camping, time at the lake, racing, and ice fishing. She loves to be outdoors and watch her kids in various sports.

Josh received a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from North Dakota State University in 2017 and graduated magna cum laude. While there, he worked in a cancer research laboratory, studying the microbiology of various forms of cancer. After graduating from North Dakota State, Josh attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. There he participated on the arbitration team, moot court board, and the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. Josh also received multiple awards, including the Journal’s junior staff member of the year and an award for obtaining the highest grade in his first year contracts course. Josh graduated in 2021, with high honors.
Josh was born in Fargo, North Dakota. Growing up, he enjoyed camping, biking, and spending his summers lifeguarding at the local pool. In his spare time, Josh can be found at the gym, catching up on Netflix, or at his family’s lake cabin.
Josh loves participating in his home community, regularly attends various local events, and recently joined a wake-boarding group out at the lakes.
