What is Mediation?
Mediation provides an opportunity for peaceful resolution, usually with less cost compared with going to trial. Mediation is a collaborative approach with open dialogue and ideas for compromise. Mediation allows all sides to present their case to a neutral third party with the mindset of reaching an amicable settlement. The sides can meet together or stay in separate rooms. But communication between the parties is key.
